In 1964, the American-style restaurant "Top's" opened in the old TBS Kaikan building in Akasaka, Tokyo. When we offered the current chocolate cake and cheesecake as desserts at the restaurant, they were well received by customers who ate in the restaurant, and we began receiving many requests for takeaway. After that, we started selling cakes in the store, which is still the case today.
