Mille crepes were born in Japan in 1988.
It was first invented by a chef at CASANEO's restaurant in Azabu.
We have created the first mille crepe, made with 20 layers of crepes that are so thin they are almost transparent.
37 years have passed since then.
We have invented Mille Creme, which breaks away from the conventional wisdom of mille crepes and is made with plenty of fresh cream.
CASANE means "to layer" and NEO means "newness."
CASANEO is a mille crepe specialty store that will bring you a new mille crepe you've never seen before.
