Requests to customers with pets
- Please refrain from bringing pets other than guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs into areas other than those shown on the facility's route map.
- Pet owners are responsible for dealing with any trouble that occurs within the facility, including in elevators and escalators.
- Pet owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's excrement.
- Owners are responsible for dealing with any damage or claims caused by pets.
- The facility takes no responsibility for any disputes between pets.
- Please refrain from leaving pets unattended, such as by tying them to a lead.
- If you are bringing a pet, please put it in a carrier bag.
- Please note that the facility will not be held responsible for any accidents or troubles caused by pets.
- We ask for your cooperation in not causing inconvenience to other customers.
- Due to renovations, pets will no longer be allowed on the 1st floor starting August 17, 2026 (Monday).
- Since there is no pet-friendly route from the 1st floor, guests arriving by car should use the parking lot on the 2nd floor or higher.
