In addition to the newly introduced "cruller dough" with a "crunchy" texture, KKD will be releasing three new varieties from Wednesday, February 25, 2026, including the "fluffy" yeast dough that is KKD's signature, and the updated "soft and chewy" Kome-Dough (rice flour) dough, each with a different texture and spring-like flavor.
The "Pistachio White Chocolate Cruller" is a cruller doughnut with a new, crunchy texture and a spring-like flavor. The cookie-like cruller dough is coated in white chocolate and topped with pistachio and butter-flavored crumble for even more texture. This product allows you to enjoy not only the texture of the dough but also the texture of the topping.
"Spring Lemonade" is a product that combines KKDJ's proud yeast dough with "lemonade," a popular flavor of KKDJ drinks. The fluffy doughnut is coated in white chocolate and then wrapped in a sweet and sour lemonade-flavored nappage. A line is drawn in white chocolate and topped with diced lemon peel. This spring doughnut's vibrant YELLO color is a gorgeous springtime look.
"Kome-Dough Strawberry Milk" is a new product from Kome-Dough that has been updated to be even fluffier and chewier. The dough is made with domestic rice flour and is filled with two layers of vanilla cream and strawberry cream containing "Tochiaika" strawberries, with a circular line of white chocolate drawn on top. It is topped with bright red freeze-dried strawberries, adding an accent to the color and flavor. This is a sweet product that not only has the sweetness of strawberries, but also the subtle sweetness of rice.
