Enjoy three types of strawberries in this spring tart!

In March, we have prepared tarts made with the refreshingly fragrant "white strawberry" from Chiba Prefecture, the large and rich "amaou" from Fukuoka Prefecture, and the robust-tasting "tochiaika" from Tochigi Prefecture.
Enjoy comparing the taste of three different types of strawberries, each with their own unique aroma and flavor.



"White Strawberry and Amaou ar* Grey Cream Tart"

Fruity white strawberries and sweet and sour Amaou strawberries are layered on top of ar* Grey cream and cookie cream on a black tea cake tart. Enjoy the aroma of black tea and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries.


"Baked cheese tart with Tochiaika and white raw chocolate"

A rich baked cheese tart is layered with gorgeous griotte cherry jam and strawberry cheese cream, and is cutely decorated with slightly sour, sweet-smelling Tochiaika chocolate and white raw chocolate.


"Amaou ar* Grey Cream Tart"
1 whole (14cm) ￥4,580 (tax included)

Sweet and sour Amaou strawberries are combined with ar* Grey cream and cookie cream, and layered on top of a custard cream tart. Enjoy the aroma of black tea and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries.
