Pet-friendly area information

To ensure that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience,
Please observe the following rules.

Pets are not allowed on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

*Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are excluded.

Pets are not permitted on the escalators.

*Please use the pet-friendly elevators to access each floor of the parking lot.

Pets are not allowed in the store except for Dog & Cat Joker.

Please use a pet cart or carrier bag.

*Only applies to pet carts and carrier bags that do not expose the pet's face.

Other rules for bringing pets

[1] If you come by car, it is convenient for you to use the ground floor parking lot.

(2) Pet owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's excrement and other waste.

(3) Pet owners are responsible for dealing with any damage or claims caused by pets.

(4) The facility assumes no responsibility for any disputes between pets.

(5) Please refrain from leaving pets unattended, such as by tying them to a leash.

[6] Please refrain from bringing medium-sized and large dogs into the facility.
