Regarding photography inside and outside the museum

At LaLaport YOKOHAMA, unauthorized use for commercial purposes, or disturbing other customers, store staff, or facility employees is prohibited.
Please refrain from taking videos or photographs inside or outside the building, or posting them on social media.
Photography inside and outside the building and posting of such photographs on social media may be permitted only if you comply with and agree to the following rules.
In order to ensure our customers' enjoyment, and to protect their privacy, we ask that you comply with and agree to the photography rules when taking photos as an "individual."
If you are photographing "individually," there is no need to notify staff in advance. However, if you do not follow the rules and there is a possibility of infringing copyright or portrait rights, staff may contact you.
In addition, store and facility staff may ask you to stop filming at their discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
●Please be careful not to capture other customers, store staff, or facility employees in the photo.
Please be careful not to upload videos in which other customers appear onto the internet without the consent of the people filmed.
●Please refrain from setting up lighting equipment or large equipment for filming.
●It is prohibited to sell any still images or videos taken to the media or other organizations.
●Please refrain from taking photos for long periods of time in the same location, especially when it is crowded.
●Photography for the purpose of creating merchandise or for sale is prohibited.
●Filming of live streaming or live broadcasts is prohibited.
●The following types of photography and posting on social media are prohibited.
1) Anything that is or may be offensive to public order and morals
2) Anything that the facility determines to be, or may be, a nuisance, disadvantage, or damage.
3. Anything that infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.), portrait rights, or privacy.
4) Any content that violates the terms of use of each video posting site or social media.
5) Any other items that the facility deems inappropriate, such as interfering with management and operation.
Please note that if any of the above situations occur, we may, at our discretion, request that you stop filming, delete the post, or remove it from publication.
