Mizusawa Down jackets are crafted with exceptional skill at Mizusawa Factory, a Japanese factory with a rare integrated down wear production system. Each jacket undergoes over 280 processes—more than double that of a typical down jacket—by skilled artisans. Addressing the challenges of down jackets, such as water seeping through seams and wetting the feathers, which reduces insulation, Mizusawa Down jackets prioritize waterproofing and water resistance while simultaneously improving insulation. They boast specifications that can withstand harsh environments, yet feature a design that blends seamlessly into urban settings.
For the Fall/Winter 2026 collection, we have completely revamped our fabrics. We have developed new materials that are environmentally friendly while pursuing even greater elegance and quality.
