Warranty Services for accessory products launched.

Thank you for your continued patronage of Yogibo.
Yogibo will be launching a new warranty Services for its accessory products starting July 1st (Wednesday).

We offer warranty coverage for initial defects in eligible products to customers who have registered with Yogibo Friend.
We will be improving our support system so that you can enjoy Yogibo products with greater peace of mind.
The warranty Services applies to Yogibo Mate series products (plush toys, etc.), as well as accessories such as cushions, neck pillows, and gadgets.
The warranty covers initial defects (scratches, malfunctions, etc.) discovered after purchase.
In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
To use the accessory warranty Services, you must register as Yogibo Friend before purchase.

Eligibility Requirements: Customers who are registered with Yogibo Friend (those who are not registered are not eligible).
