Requests to customers with pets
- Pets other than guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are only allowed on the museum route map (paw print area).
- If you are coming by car, please use parking lots P3, P4, P6, P9, and P13.
- Please keep your pet in a carrier bag or pet cart when using the hotel and the harbor plaza.
- Pets are allowed in the restroom next to PET PARADISE of the North Building.
Please bring your pet in a carrier bag or pet cart. - Pet owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's excrement.
- Owners are responsible for dealing with any damage or claims caused by pets.
- The facility takes no responsibility for any disputes between pets.
- Please ask the staff at each Shops if you would like to bring pets into the Shops.
- Please note that the facility will not be held responsible for any accidents or troubles caused by pets.
- We ask for your cooperation in not causing inconvenience to other customers.
