Requests to customers with pets
- Pets other than guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are only allowed on the following route map (1F paw print area).
- Customers using the P4 and P13 parking lots (store building rooftop parking) should use the pet-friendly elevators.
Pets are not allowed on any floors other than the 1st floor and RF (P4 and P13 parking lots).
Please refer to the floor guide for details. - If you are coming by car, please use parking lots P3, P4, P6, P9, and P13.
- Please keep your pet in a carrier bag or pet cart when using the hotel and the harbor plaza.
- Please ask the staff at each Shops if you would like to bring pets into the Shops.
- Pets are allowed in the restroom next to PET PARADISE of the North Building.

- Owners are responsible for dealing with any damage or claims caused by pets.
- The facility takes no responsibility for any disputes between pets.
- Please note that the facility will not be held responsible for any accidents or troubles caused by pets.
- We ask for your cooperation in not causing inconvenience to other customers.
