Regarding photography inside and outside the museum

At LaLaport TOKYO-BAY unauthorized use for commercial purposes, including the use of other customers, store staff, or facility employees, is prohibited.
Please refrain from taking videos, photos, or posting them on social media inside or outside the building.

Photography inside and outside the museum and posting of such photos on social media may only be done if you comply with and agree to the following rules.

In order to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests and to protect their privacy, we ask that you comply with and agree to the photography rules when taking photos as an "individual."

If you are taking photos as an individual, you do not need to notify staff in advance. However, if you do not follow the rules and there is a possibility of infringing copyright or portrait rights, staff may contact you.
Please note that store and facility staff may ask you to stop taking photos at their discretion.

●Please be careful not to include other customers, store staff, or facility employees in the photo while taking photos.
Please be careful not to upload videos that include other customers to the internet without the consent of the people in the videos.
●Please refrain from using lighting equipment or large equipment for photography.
●Sale of still images or videos taken to the media etc. is prohibited.
●Please refrain from taking photos in the same place for long periods of time, especially when it is crowded.
●Photography for the purpose of creating goods or selling them is prohibited.
●Filming live broadcasts and live coverage is prohibited.
●The following types of photography and posting on social media are prohibited.
1) Anything that is contrary to public order and morals or that may be so
2) Anything that causes inconvenience, disadvantage or damage, or that the facility determines may cause such inconvenience.
3) Anything that infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.), portrait rights, or privacy.
4) Anything that violates the terms of use of each video posting site or each social media.
5) Any other matter that the facility deems inappropriate, such as interfering with management and operation.
Please note that if any of the above applies, we may, at our discretion, request that you stop filming, delete the post, or remove it from publication.

●This facility will not be responsible for any troubles that may arise between customers due to photography.
●Please note that we do not individually grant permission for video distribution or check or respond to questions regarding the video content for individual customers.
