Due to the closure General Information on the first floor of the North Building on Monday, October 13, 2025 (national holiday),
Wheelchair rentals at General Information are no longer available.
From Tuesday, October 14, 2025, we ask that you please use the coin-operated wheelchairs that are installed in various locations throughout the building.
Please check the floor guide for the locations of coin-operated wheelchairs.

*As this is an unmanned installation, we are unable to confirm stock availability. Please note that we do not accept reservations.
*Please be careful not to forget to collect your coins. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any coins that are stolen while you are using them.
