We bake our bread using the "scratch" method, where our artisans handle every step of the process, from preparing the dough from flour to shaping and baking, all in our in-store kitchen.
In addition to standard items such as French bread, sliced bread, and viennoiseries, we also offer seasonal items and 'LaLaport TACHIKAWA TACHIHI store exclusive items' that you can only enjoy here.
Our shop has a 70-seat cafe space, and we also offer dishes that complement our freshly baked bread, making it even more delicious.
We also have a Mini One corner where you can buy mini-sized items, such as our popular mini croissants, by weight, and we look forward to your visit.
