At UESHIMA COFFEE SHOP, we cherish the dedication of producers who create the soil, cultivate the trees, and select the beans for every cup of delicious coffee.
At our Blue Mountain coffee farm in Jamaica, a paradise in the Caribbean, and at our farm in Hawaii, our highly trained agricultural engineers create the optimal environment for coffee cultivation, carefully nurturing each and every tree from seedling to mature.
Only those products that have been carefully selected through rigorous testing on-site are sent to Japan.
In Japan, skilled coffee appraisers (classificadores) check the quality of green coffee beans from every angle.
Coffee beans that have passed rigorous checks are carefully roasted one by one according to their type under thorough management, and their aroma is sealed inside the beans using a unique rapid cooling method called the "aroma freezing method."
Our blend is slightly dark roasted, but it's a superb product made with 100% Arabica beans, carefully selected to bring out the maximum sweetness inherent in the coffee beans.
Furthermore, we use Rain Forest Alliance certified coffee, and we aim to continue delivering safe, secure, and delicious coffee for years to come.
