1985Years ago, a confectionery shop in the Veneto region of northern Italy"Sanremo" I encountered it and was captivated by its taste.
We established a cooperative relationship. For over 40 years since then, we have learned techniques and cultivated the Lievito Madre, which is the seed of deliciousness.
The artisans continue to make traditional Italian sweets using traditional methods, passing down the tradition from generation to generation.

■What is Sanremo?
Based on "Panettone" and "Pandoro," traditional Italian fermented pastries originating in northern Italy.
Product brand. He aspired to be a pastry chef from the age of 14 and has won numerous awards in Italy.
Under the guidance of Mr. Olindo Menegin, we continue to uphold traditional methods and authentic flavors.
The name "Sanremo" comes from the confectionery shop he runs in the Veneto region of northern Italy.
DONQ regularly sends its artisans to Italy to retrieve the precious starter culture (lievito madre) from their Sanremo store.
I inherited it. In 2015, I introduced panettone in Japan, having made it for many years, and contributed to the spread of Italian food culture.
In recognition of his contributions, he also received the Italy-Japan Food Culture Award from the Italian government.
