Ganjang Gejang is raw blue crab marinated in soy sauce. It has been gaining popularity in Japan in recent years.
At KollaBo, we serve marinated crab (gejang) made using a recipe passed down directly from Seo Baek-cha, the eldest daughter of the renowned Korean restaurant "Pro Ganjang Gejang"!
Made with the finest female blue crabs from Korea, which can only be caught twice a year.
It's seasoned with the master chef's secret sauce, so it's consistently delicious.
