With the revision of the Climate Change Adaptation Act, facilities are designated to prevent serious damage from heatstroke during periods of extreme high temperatures.
Cool spots and cooling SHEL'TTER (designated heat evacuation facilities) have been established, and our facility has been designated as such by Kashiwa City.
