[STORY]
After failing to exact revenge on her father's enemies, Princess Scarlett wakes up in the Land of the Dead. This is a world of madness where people engage in plunder and violence, and the powerless and injured become "Nothingness" and disappear. When Scarlett learns that her enemy, her uncle Claudius, who killed her father and seized the throne, is also in this world, she vows to seek revenge once again. One day, she meets Hijiri, a nurse from modern-day Japan. The two meet across time, and although they initially clash, they decide to travel together through the Land of the Dead.
