Eligibility

Musicians/performers/chorus groups, etc.

  • Suitable for both professionals and amateurs
  • Hard rock, heavy metal, punk, etc. are not allowed.
  • Items that make loud noises, are dangerous, or violate public order and morals are not permitted.

How to Apply

Please enclose the following required documents and mail them to the address below.

What you need to apply

1. Profile
Title of the event
Desired date and time for the event
Self-introduction (band structure, career, etc.)
Representative's address/name/phone number
2. Demo tapes (or video tapes of live performances, etc.)
*Please note that demo tapes etc. will not be returned.
*Personal information provided in the application documents will be used only for the screening, notification of results, and matters related to the event. Privacy Policy We will manage it based on the above.

The process from application to the day of the performance

  • Please send the necessary documents to the address above.
  • Preliminary screening (performed by us)
    * Evaluation criteria: We will evaluate whether the application matches the image of our facility.
  • We will contact those who pass the screening.
  • Coordinate schedules with those who passed the preliminary screening and discuss other details (by phone)
  • Meeting/final confirmation (on-site)

Notes on appearances

  • Due to weather or other circumstances, the scheduled date may be postponed.
  • If we decide to cancel an event, even during a stage, we may ask you to stop immediately.
  • Please note that there is no performance fee.
  • All expenses will be borne by each participant.
  • You will be responsible for setting up the rental equipment yourself.
  • Event space is outdoors only.
