The katakuchi matcha bowl is gaining popularity as a casual way to enjoy matcha tea.
This is a handmade matcha bowl by Aiko Morita of "Koguma Kiln".

The spout allows you to pour the matcha into other cups, making it easy for 2-3 people to enjoy. It's also a very convenient tool for making matcha lattes; simply add milk to the whisked matcha to make a matcha latte, or combine it with soda for a refreshing matcha soda, allowing you to easily enjoy a café-quality taste.

This versatile matcha bowl can be used to brew various types of tea, such as gyokuro, sencha, and bancha, by using a tea strainer, and can also be used as a small bowl for everyday use, a dressing container, or for desserts like anmitsu or shaved ice.

It comes with a tea whisk and tea spoon, so even beginners can use it right away.
100-prong tea whisk... Even beginners can easily create a fine, creamy foam with this easy-to-use tea whisk.
Matcha spoon... This is a tea scoop (chashaku) used to scoop matcha powder.

This would make a wonderful gift for Mother's Day, Respect for the Aged Day, or a birthday present for someone who wants to try matcha for the first time.
