Even though we are off work during the New Year holidays, our eyes are still working at full capacity.

Just like physical fatigue, overuse of the eyes can cause fatigue.
This is what we call eye strain.

Recently, with the spread of personal computers and smartphones,
As close work increases, more and more people are complaining of eye fatigue.

Previously, the condition known as "presbyopia" was caused by the weakening of the eye's accommodative muscles due to aging.
It usually starts to appear after the age of 40,
Currently, people in their 20s are beginning to experience symptoms such as eye fatigue and difficulty seeing things up close.
The term "smartphone presbyopia" has even been coined, affecting people of all ages and genders.
The ability of the eyes to accommodate is affected.

At our clinic, we ask about your lifestyle and provide advice along with your medical examination.
You can also get prescription bifocal glasses or try bifocal contact lenses.
