This bakery was founded in Kobe in 1905. We provide freshly baked products every day using the "scratch method," where our artisans do all the processes in-house, from preparing the dough from flour to shaping and baking. In addition to standard products such as French bread, sliced bread, and viennoiserie, we also offer a number of our own original products. We also have a cafe where you can enjoy freshly baked bread and coffee. Please feel free to use it for busy weekday lunches, weekend brunch or tea time, or a light dinner of salads, soup, and bread. At the adjacent "Mini One," we offer freshly baked small-sized products such as the popular mini croissants, and all of our staff look forward to welcoming you.
