Information on areas where pets are allowed

If you are bringing pets into the pet Shops, please keep them in a cage.

(Only applies to pet carts and carrier bags that do not expose the pet's face.)

PetPlus is located on the 1st floor of the Oval Building.

*Guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs are allowed inside the facility.

*Some routes may change due to facility construction, etc.

Guests with pets must use the North Multi-storey Parking Lot. They cannot use other parking lots.
