PASSTO, a resource recycling Services operated by ECOMMIT Inc., offers the option of passing on unwanted items to the next generation rather than throwing them away in the most familiar places in our daily lives. In order to "achieve a society where no waste is wasted," the service will further promote resource recycling by working with recycling trading companies that are building infrastructure for the collection, sorting, and redistribution of unwanted items.

As part of its efforts to further promote sustainability, SHIPS has introduced the resource recycling Services "PASSTO," which creates a cycle through the collection, sorting, reuse, and recycling of clothing.
