[Yokohama Iekei Ramen Suzukiya by POPUP RAMEN] Opens Monday, December 1st!

Starting Monday, December 1st, "Yokohama Iekei Ramen Suzukiya by POPUP RAMEN" will open in the food court on the 3rd floor.
The owner trained for 15 years at a famous Iekei ramen restaurant, before going independent in 2011 in Yokohama, a hotbed of Iekei ramen.
For the next 14 years, it has continued to thrive as a family ramen restaurant.
Starting with ramen production in Fujian Province, China in April 2018, the company has a wealth of experience overseas, including opening a ramen store in Arizona in 2020.
This one-of-a-kind Iekei ramen is made with pork bone soup simmered over twice the heat as usual, carefully selected to perfectly complement the bone cuts, and a secret sauce.
