Tsukiji GINDAKO has maintained its No. 1 commitment since its founding and is spreading the Japanese food culture of takoyaki around the world.
These takoyaki are made with carefully selected ingredients and are cooked to a crispy skin, soft inside, and plump octopus, making them absolutely delicious.
Our motto is that our skilled craftsmen cook each takoyaki with care in a lively and friendly atmosphere. "GINDACO than takoyaki. If it's takoyaki, GINDACO." It is our joy to create moments of comfort and lots of smiles through our piping hot, round takoyaki.

The bean paste is made using Hokkaido-grown red beans and cooked using traditional methods, and is a testament to the time and effort that went into making it.
These thin-skinned taiyaki are made using a unique method, filling them with a generous amount of bean paste and baking them at high temperature from both sides in one go, making them truly an exquisite delicacy.
