Pet-friendly stores/dog runs

  • Guests with pets may enter the building through any entrance other than Entrance 11.

  • Please use a pet cart or carrier bag.
    (Only pet carts and carrier bags that do not expose the pet's face are allowed.)
  • Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs can enter the building without being placed in a cart.
  • Please use the pet-friendly elevators to access each floor. Please refrain from using the escalators within the building.
  • Any trouble that occurs in the elevator or within the facility is the owner's responsibility.
  • Pet owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's excrement.
  • Owners are responsible for dealing with any damage or claims caused by pets.
  • We are not responsible for any disputes between pets.
  • If you are bringing pets into the store, please check that there is a pet-friendly sticker at the entrance of each store.
  • Pets are not permitted in the food court on the 1st floor, or the restaurant area and cinema on the 3rd floor.
  • Please cooperate so as not to cause inconvenience to other customers.

<How to use>

Available from 10:00 to 19:00
*Please note that Hours of operation may change or the facility may be closed depending on the season and weather.
Please adhere to the following rules when using the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

To use the dog run for the first time, you will need to register for a Petemo point card at the PETEMO store (a first-time registration fee will be charged).
Also, even if you are using the service for the second time or later, you will need to bring your Petemo point card and register in the store.

* Request for cooperation from customers using the dog run
When using the dog run, please be careful to maintain and protect the grass.
Please use the toilets located inside the store or in the dog run for urine and feces.
Please refrain from urinating or pooping in the dog run.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For dogs who are not used to using the toilet in a toilet tray
Please cooperate by wearing manners pants.

  1. If you are using the service for the first time, please bring along proof of the vaccination dates for the combination vaccine and rabies vaccination when registering.
    (Please refrain from using the facility for two weeks after vaccination.)
  2. Please be considerate to others and use the facility at your own risk.
    Any accidents, injuries or other troubles involving dogs or owners that occur within the dog run should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
  3. Please HA行feed dogs or allow guests to eat or drink in the dog run.
  4. As a pet owner, please be responsible and take your dog's waste and rubbish home with you.
  5. Dogs and their owners must enter together.
    Please note that junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if using the facility.
    Children are not permitted to use the facility alone.
  6. Dogs who are not used to using the dog run or who do not follow their owner's commands,
    Please do not let your dog off the lead in the dog run.
  7. Owners should allow their dogs to become accustomed to the dog run environment before taking them off the lead.
    Additionally, each owner is only allowed to have one dog unattended at a time.
  8. Owners should always keep an eye on their pets and make sure they do not cause a nuisance to other dogs or owners.
  9. Please note that this facility may not be available due to events, etc.
  10. Time restrictions may be imposed during busy periods.
    If there are any problems with management, if you do not follow the instructions of staff, or if you are unable to comply with these terms of use,
    We may refuse your use of the facility.
    If you fail to comply with these terms of use, we may refuse your use of the service.
  • * After receiving the combination vaccine and rabies vaccination, renewal procedures are required every year.
    To renew your vaccination, you will need to provide proof of your vaccination date.

<When you cannot use the service>

We ask for your understanding and cooperation in strictly adhering to the following items when using the facility.

  • During the season (menstruation/heat)
  • If you have not completed a combination vaccine or rabies vaccination within the past year
  • If within 2 weeks of receiving a combination vaccine or rabies vaccination
  • Pets other than dogs, large dogs that are not suitable for the size of the facility
  • If you have an infectious or contagious disease
  • If your pet poses a risk to other pets
  • Aggressive/violent dog breeds
  • If the pet is unsanitary and causes harm to other pets or the facility.
  • If your pet is infested with fleas, ticks, or other parasites
  • If your pet has a marking habit

If there are any problems with management or if you do not follow the instructions of staff,
If you fail to comply with these terms of use, we may refuse your use of the service.
