"BAKE CHEESE TART" is pleased to announce its limited edition spring product, "Fuwari Sakura Cheese Tart."

The "Fuwafuwari Sakura Cheese Tart" will go on sale from March 1st. It combines the rich flavor of smooth cheese mousse with the sweetness of whipped cream that has a delicate cherry blossom aroma.
This original mousse is made from a mixture of Hokkaido mascarpone cheese and cream cheese, and is topped with a light pink cherry blossom whipped cream and cherry blossom flakes, creating a gorgeous appearance that looks like cherry blossoms are in bloom.

Enjoy the soft cherry blossom scent and the sweet and salty taste of cherry blossoms!
