Pet-friendly route
- Traveling with pets
- Pets are allowed at PET PARADISE DX on the 1st floor.
- Elevators B, D, and E allow pets.
- Guests with pets may only enter through the 1st floor Promenade entrance.
- On routes where pets are allowed, please use a cart or carrier bag with your pet's head inside.
- Please refrain from bringing pets anywhere other than on routes where pets are allowed.
- Guide dogs, service dogs and hearing assistance dogs are allowed inside the facility.
- Do not leave it tied to a tree or post.
- Pet owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's excrement.
- When walking in the parking lot, please be careful of passing cars.
- Please enjoy the experience with your pets, while being considerate of other guests who are not accompanied by pets.
- Please note that the facility will not be held responsible for any accidents or troubles caused by pets.
- You can only bring pets into some stores in pet-friendly areas.
Even if you are using a carry bag, you may be asked to refrain from entering the store.
- If you are bringing pets from the rooftop parking lot
- To get to PET PARADISE DX on the 1st floor, please take elevator B from the rooftop parking lot or elevators D or E from the multi-storey parking lot to the 1st floor and walk around the facility to the Promenade exit.
