This is our new delicious gift brand, PRESS BUTTER SAND. The cookies are baked using the traditional Japanese "hasami-yaki" technique, which removes excess oil and achieves the perfect balance of texture and flavor.
The ingredients are simple, and the two-layer cake is made with butter cream and butter caramel, which make the most of the natural flavor of butter, sandwiched between crispy cookie dough.
