Requests to customers with pets
- Any trouble that occurs on the premises is the owner's responsibility to deal with it.
- Guests coming by car should park in the B multi-storey car park or the C multi-storey and C single-storey car parks and enter the building through the B and C parking lot access gates on the 1st and 3rd floors.
*There is no pet-friendly area on the 2nd floor, so pets are not allowed in. Please use the designated entrance. - Pet owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's excrement.
- Owners are responsible for dealing with any damage or claims caused by pets.
- Please refrain from leaving pets unattended, such as by tying them to a lead.
- Please note that the facility will not be held responsible for any accidents or troubles caused by pets.
- We ask for your cooperation in not causing inconvenience to other customers.
Information on areas where pets are allowed
If you are bringing a pet into a pet Shops, please make sure to use a pet cart or carrier bag with your pet's head inside.
ONELOVE is located on the 3rd floor.
*Guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs are allowed inside the facility.
