IPPUDO is a tonkotsu ramen restaurant that was founded in 1985 in Daimyo, Fukuoka City.
IPPUDO 's tonkotsu ramen, which combines a smooth and mellow soup that fully extracts the flavor and umami of tonkotsu with thin noodles that have a pleasant bite, is loved not only in Japan but all over the world.
The signature dishes are the original "Shiromaru Genmi" and the innovative "Akamaru Shinmi" with its richness and depth.
