Mikasa Kaikan, a company with over 100 years of history, is opening its first-ever pasta specialty restaurant. Based on recipes from the AGIO brand, which was a pioneer of Southern European cuisine, the restaurant will showcase the charm of pasta, which can be transformed in various ways in terms of color and appearance through ingredients and sauces.

Our Commitment
To bring out the freshness and rich flavor of Grana Padano cheese, we bring it to your table in a large block on a cart and shave it thinly right in front of you to finish your dish. You can enjoy it in dishes such as "Cacio e Pepe," which is made by mixing freshly shaved Grana Padano cheese with black pepper and hot pasta, or in a "Romaine Lettuce Caesar Salad" on which thinly shaved cheese is generously sprinkled.
