Gourmet Guide
In partnership with Miyatake Sanukiseimenjyo, a long-established noodle maker in the Sanuki region, the home of udon, we make our noodles using dough from the same noodle factory. In addition, we have an open kitchen, so you can see the entire cooking process right up to plating.
