Our Commitment
To bring out the natural juicy flavor of the meat, the patty is made with 100% grass-fed beef and no binders are used, and the seasoning is intentionally kept simple. It also includes colorful vegetables such as SLY tomatoes and fresh lettuce, and a relish called chow chow, which has many different recipes in the US, to add a touch of acidity, and is finally sandwiched between buns with mild cheddar cheese.
