Ishinabe Kenmon Mapo Tofu
The Sichuan cuisine is synonymous with "Ma", the tongue-numbing taste of Japanese pepper, and "La", the spiciness of burning chili peppers, which are exquisitely balanced to bring out the deliciousness of each ingredient.
At our restaurant, we use domestically produced soybeans and have maintained our commitment to using carefully selected ingredients such as Japanese pepper and chili peppers since we opened, and we offer 11 levels of spiciness to choose from to suit your traditional taste.
For those who don't like spicy food, we also offer a version without chili peppers and Japanese pepper.
