Fresh bluefin tuna: Fresh bluefin tuna, not thawed.
Golden Grilled Conger Eel: Made with one extra large conger eel. Each one is grilled and served fresh in-house.
Golden egg: Made with eggs from Okazaki Ohan. Freshly cooked upon receiving an order.
Nagoya local menu: We have a wide variety of dishes, including chicken wings, miso kushikatsu, Nagoya Kishimen noodles, etc.
The "tuna" used at Kin no Uo Uo Maru is fresh tuna. Of the "tuna" distributed in Japan, only about 20% is unfrozen. This is the precious "fresh tuna" we use at our restaurant.
"Grilled Conger Eel" is a very popular item, with 870,000 plates sold per year!
