Our Commitment
The menu is made with a generous amount of precious ingredients, starting with "ripe tomatoes from Italy" harvested in the summer, "Australian Black Cattle" of the Japanese Black breed that are raised healthily on the vast land, and the rare "Daikoku Honshimeji" mushroom, which has a umami content comparable to that of matsutake mushrooms.
