Gourmet Guide
Teshikaga Ramen has its main store at the foot of Lake Mashu in eastern Hokkaido, and its ramen is loved by the locals and is popular in Sapporo city and its surrounding areas.
We currently operate five stores. The noodles are made from 100% Hokkaido wheat, and the ramen soup is made using local pork and chicken.
We carefully select all ingredients with the aim of providing safe and secure all-Hokkaido ramen.
Dried scallops from the Sea of Okhotsk provide a special flavor, and Hokkaido specialties such as salmon toba, wild garlic, and mountain wasabi are also actively used on the menu.
