Takayuki Ishibashi
After working as a head chef at the Japanese Embassy in Switzerland and Italy, he obtained a certificate as a pizza craftsman from the "APES" Authentic Italian Pizza Association.
In 2003, he won the TV Tokyo "TV Champion Pizza Chef Championship" and became one of Japan's leading pizza chefs in both name and reality.
Since then, in addition to his own store, he has been active in a wide range of fields, including producing a variety of stores.
