This is a pork cutlet restaurant run by "Inokazu" in Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City, that pursues the real thing. They use only the best ingredients, including pork, rice and oil. They serve the one and only supreme pork cutlet in a beautifully decorated and clean restaurant.

Our Commitment
Carefully selected Kyushu brand pork and Roppaku pure black pork are aged at low temperature for three weeks,
It brings out the true flavor of pork to the fullest.
The oil is a special blend of lard and sesame oil, the breadcrumbs are custom-made coarsely ground raw breadcrumbs, and the rice and cabbage are also from Kyushu.
Small dishes and pickles are also handmade every day.
