The rice cake used to wrap the daifuku is made from "Hiyoku rice" from the Chikushi Plain.
The bean paste is made by skilled craftsmen, who carefully select the beans and then knead them into a paste.
We carefully select seasonal fruits that have a good balance of sweetness and sourness when combined with the rice cake and white bean paste.
