CAFE LA MILLE's "Taste of Kyoto" series

・Three kinds of mushrooms and duck loin pasta in white dashi stock
A flavorful pasta dish made with three types of mushrooms and tender duck loin, with the delicious taste of white dashi stock filling the air.
It is based on white dashi and has a light yet rich flavor.

・Layered roasted green tea latte
This latte is made with Kyoto Ito Kyuemon's finest roasted green tea, slowly extracted with milk, and is rich in roasted aroma. It is topped with rich roasted green tea sauce and roasted green tea syrup for a deep flavor.
It is finished off with a fragrant Kyoto soybean flour topping.
