Feel free to visit the Information Desk at two locations on the first floor.
The Information Desk is the place to get directions (including floor maps), ask about lost children, have somebody paged, check Lost & Found, and borrow strollers and wheelchairs.

Mall attendants

Mall attendants patrol the building.
You can ask them for directions, inquire about lost children, and get other assistance.

Foreign money exchange

No foreign money exchange is available, but there are ATMs from which you can withdraw Japanese yen.

No multilingual call center services are available.

Major credit cards are accepted. Please ask at the individual store regarding specific cards.

Nursing rooms are available on each floor, and include changing tables, carton drink and disposable diaper vending machines, hot water equipment, and microwave ovens, etc.

Multifunction toilets for disabled guests, etc.
Ostomate multifunction toilets are available on each floor for disabled guests, senior citizens, and pregnant women.
