App Payment Terms of Use

These terms and conditions stipulate the matters to be observed when using the Mitsui Shopping Park App (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and App de Payment (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Users of this Services shall use this Services after agreeing to the matters stipulated in these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). In addition, the terms of use and Services content of this Services may change without notice, so please check the latest terms and conditions in the "Information" menu tab.

1. Users of Services
This Services can be used only by users who have downloaded this app to their smartphone device and linked LAZONA Kawasaki Plaza Kawasaki Plaza Card "Saison", Mitsui Shopping Park Card "Saison" LOOP Gold (all excluding family cards), Mitsui Shopping Park Card "Saison" LOOP, and Tokyo Midtown Card "Saison" issued after April 2019, and who have been approved by our company to use this Services after authentication by our company's specified method on this app. Please note that even if a user has linked this card, they may not be able to use this Services if they do not meet the standards set by our company.
We may, at our sole discretion, discontinue the Services without prior notice.
2. How to use Services

When making a credit card payment using this Services, the User must follow the steps below.

  • ・After launching this app, the user must register, log in, and link the card. (The linked card will be referred to as the "registered card" below.)
  • If you already have this card:
    Please enter the credit card number, expiration date and security code (number printed on the front or back of the registered card) of your registered card (valid card only) to register for this Services.
  • [When using App de Payment immediately after completing the credit card issuance procedure]
    This applies to those who selected "Yes" for "Use app payment immediately after applying for the card" when applying for a Mitsui Shopping Park Card (Saison) or LAZONA Kawasaki Plaza Card (Saison). Identity authentication is performed by entering your date of birth on the birthdate authentication screen. Once identity authentication is complete, the card issuer (Credit Saison Co., Ltd.) will link the information registered on the user's card required to use this Services to our company, and the Services will be set up for use.
    This identity authentication means that the user has given consent to the card issuer (Credit Saison Co., Ltd.) linking their card information to our company.
  • - When paying at a participating facility, the User will inform the facility that they wish to pay using this Services, display the App Payment QR code screen using the specified method, and hold it up to the QR code reader.
  • - Credit card payments via this Services cannot be used if approval for credit card payments using the registered card is not obtained from the issuer of the registered card.
  • ・When a credit card payment via this Services is completed, the User shall pay the amount paid by credit card via this Services to the issuer of the registered card or a person designated by the User in accordance with the credit card membership terms and conditions of the issuer of the registered card.
  • ・Please note that this Services may not be available at some facilities or stores. If this Services is not available at some stores, please present this card at the time of payment.
  • ・If you wish to discontinue use of this Services, you must delete the credit information you registered via this app.
3. Appropriate management of smartphone devices, etc.
When using this Services, you must use and manage your smartphone device and registered information (hereinafter referred to as "Registered Information") with the due care of a good manager, and must not allow any third party other than the user to use the smartphone device. If the smartphone device used for this Services and the registered information are stolen or misappropriated, the user must contact the carrier and suspend the use of the phone. In addition, as if the registered credit card has been lost or stolen, the user must promptly contact the credit card issuer and take the prescribed procedures in accordance with the provisions of the card terms. The same applies if the user becomes aware that the registered information has been used fraudulently.
4. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

We use personal information such as credit card information provided by users when using our Services for the following purposes. If we entrust the handling of personal information to a third party, we will properly supervise the third party to ensure the safe management of personal information.

5. Handling, disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information

6. Suspension of Services

If a user falls under any of the following items or if the company determines that a user falls under these items, the company may suspend the user's use of all or part of Services.

  • ・If the user is no longer a card member
  • ・If the user makes a false statement during authentication or registration for this application.
  • ・If the user's identity authentication procedure is not performed properly
  • ・If the user violates any of the provisions of the Card Membership Terms and Conditions, the App Terms of Use, or these Terms and Conditions.
  • If the user fails to fulfill payment obligations to the affiliated store or the issuer of the registered card
  • ・If the credit status of the user is significantly deteriorated due to seizure, bankruptcy, civil rehabilitation petition, suspension of transactions, etc.
  • - If the Company determines that the usage of the App is inappropriate, such as using the App for the purpose of cashing in the App.
7. Suspension, Termination and Changes to the Services

In any of the following cases, we may temporarily suspend all or part of the Services without prior notice to the user. In such cases, we shall not be liable for compensation even if the user suffers damages.

  • - If the Services cannot be provided due to a breakdown or failure of the App, server, communication lines, or other equipment, or for other reasons.
  • ・When carrying out regular or emergency maintenance, inspection, repair or modification of systems (including servers, communication lines, power sources, and the buildings that house them, etc.)
  • - If Services cannot be provided due to fire, power outage, etc.
  • - If the provision of Services becomes impossible due to a natural disaster such as an earthquake, eruption, flood, or tsunami.
  • - When the provision of Services becomes impossible due to war, unrest, riots, civil unrest, labor disputes, or other force majeure.
  • - When it becomes impossible to provide Services due to laws and regulations or measures based on them.
  • - Any other case in which we determine it is necessary to temporarily suspend the Services for operational or technical reasons.

We may terminate or change all or part of this Services at any time for any reason without prior notice to the user. We shall not be liable for compensation for any damages incurred by the user or a third party due to the termination or change of this Services.

8.Disclaimer

This Services does not guarantee operation on a device, compatibility with a device, or safety (the absence of errors, corrections in the event of problems, unauthorized Access from third parties to this app or server, or the intrusion of computer viruses or other harmful substances). Use of this Services is at the app user's own risk.
Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on our part, we shall not be liable to compensate users for any disadvantage or damage incurred as a result of using this Services.
Furthermore, if any of the following circumstances apply, even if the user suffers any disadvantage or damage, we will not be liable for compensation unless there is intent or gross negligence.

  • - Disadvantages or damages arising from software or hardware accidents, contamination by computer viruses, loss or damage of data, etc., caused by the use of this Services
  • - Any disadvantage or damage incurred by the User due to defects, malfunctions, or problems in the App or the communication network, or due to usage that is not based on the specified usage
  • - Disadvantages or damages caused by the addition, change, modification, deletion, interruption, or cessation of publication of the functions of Services, or the imposition of new restrictions on the use of the Services
  • - Disadvantages or damages caused by troubles between users of this Services or between users of this Services and other third parties
  • - Damage caused by the interruption or termination of all or part of Services
  • - Disadvantages or damages incurred by the User when it is not possible to provide all or part of Services due to a failure of the bank transfer system or other circumstances of the financial institution, or due to the circumstances or judgment of the credit card company, its affiliated companies, or affiliated banks, etc.
  • - Disadvantages or damages incurred by the User due to unauthorized use of Services by a third party without the User's intention, resulting from circumstances such as theft or fraud of the password (including use of Services by a third party without the User's intention, resulting from the loss or theft of the User's smartphone, etc.)
9.Agree
Please read and understand these terms before using this Services. These terms are posted in the "Information" menu tab, and are considered to be publicly available upon posting. By using this Services, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
  • (1) In any of the following cases, we reserve the right to change these Terms of Use without the consent of the Member. If we change these Terms of Use, we will post the changes and the effective date of the changes on our website and the App.
  • ① When the change to these terms and conditions is in the general interest of the members
  • ② When the change to these Terms and Conditions does not contradict the purpose of the contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity for the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, the content of the change and other circumstances related to the change.
  • (2) If a Member uses the App after the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions, the Member will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute between the Services User and our company, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
