Due to the app renewal, some of the terms of use for the Mitsui Shopping Park app have been changed from April 2023.
When using the Mitsui Shopping Park app, please be sure to check and understand the changes (corrections, additions, etc.) before using the app.

Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") provides users (hereinafter referred to as "app users") with the Mitsui Shopping Park app (hereinafter referred to as "this app"). - (2) Unless otherwise specified, the Company shall provide this App to App Users free of charge. However, any devices and equipment necessary to use this App shall be procured by the App Users themselves, and any communication fees necessary for web browsing and push notifications shall be borne by the App Users.

- 10. Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations
- App Users may not transfer or offer as collateral to a third party their status as an App User in relation to the App, or any rights and obligations arising from said status, unless prior consent is given by our Company.
- 11. Suspension of use, compensation for damages
- If an App User violates any provision of these Terms, the Company may immediately suspend the App User's use of the App. Furthermore, if an App User causes damage to the Company or a third party through TA行violates these Terms or through fraudulent or illegal NA行, the Company may claim appropriate compensation for damages from the App User. Furthermore, the App User shall be liable to compensate third parties for damages.
- 12. Suspension and Changes to the App

Our company reserves the right to temporarily suspend all or part of this app without prior notice to users in any of the following cases. In such cases, our company shall not be liable for compensation even if users incur damages.
- - If the Services cannot be provided due to a breakdown or failure of the App, server, communication lines, or other equipment, or for other reasons.
- ・When carrying out regular or emergency maintenance, inspection, repair or modification of systems (including servers, communication lines, power sources, and the buildings that house them, etc.)
- - If the App cannot be provided due to fire, power outage, etc.

- - If the App cannot be provided due to war, unrest, riots, civil unrest, labor disputes, or other force majeure.
- - If it becomes impossible to provide this App due to laws and regulations or measures based on them.
- - Any other operational or technical reasons that the Company deems necessary to temporarily suspend the operation of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or change all or part of this app at any time for any reason without prior notice to the user. We shall not be liable for compensation for any damages incurred by the user or a third party as a result of the termination or change of this app.
- 13. Termination of this App
- If it becomes difficult for us to continue providing this App, we may terminate provision of this App in a manner determined by our company.
- 14. Changes to Terms

(1) In any of the following cases, we reserve the right to change these Terms of Use without the consent of the User. If we change these Terms of Use, we will post the changes and the effective date of the changes on our website and in the App.

- 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute between the app user and our company, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
