Famous confectionery shops and bakeries from the six Tohoku prefectures have specially provided ingredients! In addition, collaborative breads made with Tohoku-grown wheat will be available again this year! Be sure to check out the special breads available only at the Tohoku Bread Festival! NEW <Tokurikka> Nitto Fuji Flour Milling has collaborated with "Tohoku Bread Festival" to create "Tokurikka," a domestically produced strong wheat flour blended exclusively with wheat flour from the six Tohoku prefectures! This project also challenges the local production and consumption of wheat! A portion of the sales of Tokurikka will be donated to "Food Bank Tohoku AGAIN."

The sales date will be the same as the opening date of the collaboration bakery.
