Dog Rules

We ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting pet etiquette, out of consideration for those who dislike animals and other guests, so that everyone can have a pleasant stay.

Shops dog rules

Some stores that allow pets do not allow you to carry your pet inside.
When entering the store, please use a pet cart or carrier bag with a lid and close the lid.
Please enjoy shopping without revealing your face or body.

Please check the following three stickers at the entrance of each store for the rules for entering the store.

Rules for use within the facility

  • Pet owners are requested to stay with their pets at all times.
  • Please be careful not to let your pet climb onto tables, benches, etc.
  • Please refrain from entering restrooms, smoking areas, and nursing rooms.
  • Pet owners are responsible for disposing of excrement and any damage to equipment.
  • The facility cannot take any responsibility for any troubles that occur between dogs or between guests regarding dogs.
  • In some stores where pets are allowed, you can use a pet cart or carrier bag with a lid that can be closed, and enjoy shopping with your pet's face and body hidden by closing the lid.
  • There are some areas where children cannot be together, such as nursing rooms, smoking rooms, restaurants and food courts.
  • Vicious or dangerous dogs are not permitted.
  • If you are visiting with your dog, please be considerate of other customers inside the store and in the aisles.
  • Please be considerate to avoid causing trouble or danger to other customers.
