This year, we've added sour cream to give it a refreshing taste.
The figs have a refined and deep flavor, and by using dried figs, the flavor is further concentrated.
The crispy pastry is filled with apple preserves and filled with a refreshing custard cream made with sour cream. Dried figs are also topped on top, adding a granular texture.
