- Viewing from a ladder, platform, or step is prohibited anywhere in the venue.
・Jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from bringing anything into the venue that obstructs your view, as it will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, holding towels, fans, etc. above your shoulders will be a nuisance to customers behind and around you, so if you use them, please keep them below your shoulders. If staff determine that you are causing a nuisance to other customers, you may be warned.

・The Hours of operation opens at 10:00. The facility cannot be used before Hours of operation.
・If you arrive before the facility opens, please go through the Canal Walk on the south entrance side and come to Decagon.
- There are no toilets or convenience stores within the event venue.
・Please note that purchases made at this event are not eligible for parking Services.
